Law is universal
The general conditions of rules and regulations to represent human activity which the state prescribes for its members are called laws of country. Law is definite, precise, accurate and universal in its characteristics. There can only be one body of law within the state through an organized structure and any unauthorized person cannot change this law .Law is law, if it is made by a proper law-making authority. Law is universal in scope and it is applicable to all people of society equally without exception in identical circumstances.
